1983
- Establishment of “Eutech Enterprise Co., Ltd.”
1984
- Successfully launched our first hero product “Aromatic Beans”, creating an instant success among students
1985
- Established the first manufacturing plant in Tamsui, Taipei, Taiwan
1990
- Market launch of dehumidifier brand “Kechaoling”, which has now become the synonym for all dehumidifier products in Taiwan
1993
- Renamed “Eutech Enterprise” to “Youte Industrial Co., Ltd.”
- Established the second manufacturing plant in Tamsui, Taipei, Taiwan, with a strong focus on automation
1994
- Named the “Number 1 consumer brand” by “Breakazine”
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 100 million
1995
- Chairman awarded with the “18th Republic of China Model of Entrepreneurs Prize”
- Awarded with the “Excellent Manufacturer Award” by the General Welfare Service of MND
1996
- Awarded with the “12th Republic of China Golden Signboard Award” by the Golden Trademark Association
- Awarded with the “Golden Earl Award of Asia-Pacific Prominent Industry” and the “Golden Earl Award of Asia-Pacific Prominent Product” by the Republic of China Association for the Advancement of Economic and Trade
- Renamed to “Farcent Enterprise Co., Ltd.”
- Market launch of air freshener brand “Quweidashi”
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 200 million
1997
- Company was relocated to the current HQ address at: 13F, No. 230, Section 3, Chengde Road
- Awarded with the “Republic Excellent Trademark Design Award” by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection, MOEA
- Market launch of cleaning tools brand “Quchenshi”
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 260 million with supplemental public issuance
1998
- Named by CommonWealth Magazine: “One of the fastest growing 1000 mid-sized enterprises”
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 350 million
- Inauguration of Guanyin plant in Taoyuan, Taiwan
- Obtained the ISO-9002 certification
1999
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 380 million
2000
- Farcent listed on over-the-counter (OTC) market
2001
- IPO on TWSE, stock symbol 1730
- Establishment of branch office “Farcent Thailand” in Thailand
2002
- Established branch offices in Shanghai and Beijing
2003
- Acquired household cleaning brand “JieShuang”
- Obtained sole distribution rights for Sara Lee shoe shine and Ambipur air fresheners
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 500 million
2004
- Became the OEM for Sara Lee air freshener series and Duskin dust wand series
- Obtained the ISO-9001 certification
- Registered capital increased to $TWD 530 million
2005
- Obtained distribution rights for cosmetic brand Heme International Inc.
2006
- Chairman elected as the president of “National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, R.O.C.”
- Introduced SAP operating system
2007
- Obtained distribution rights for American kitchenware brand “Corelle Brands”
2008
- Farcent’s global “Corolla Program” received a grant under the “ITAS Subsidy Grant Program” by the Ministry of Economic Affairs
2010
- Consolidated revenue exceeds $TWD 1.1 billion
- Establishment of branch office “Farcent Malaysia” in Malaysia
- Establishment of “Suzhou Farcent Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.”, in TaiCang, Suzhou, China
- In a move to promote renewable energy and reduce carbon footprint, Farcent HQ introduces the usage of photovoltaic system
2012
- Awarded with the “Bronze Award of TTQS” by the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training for 3 consecutive years (2010-2012)
2013
- Consolidated revenue exceeds $TWD 1.5 billion
- Obtained distribution rights for American cookware brand “MEYER”
2014
- Acquired 51% ownership of Dikai International Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Supamop)
2017
- Establishment of branch office “Farcent Vietnam” in Vietnam
2018
- Initial issuance of convertible bonds, registered capital increased to $TWD 6 billion
2019
- Consolidated revenue exceeds $TWD 3 billion
- Launched new brand “Les Parfums de Farcent (LPF)” to provide premium air care products
- Obtained sole distribution rights for British Fine China brand “Royal Doulton” and Spanish cutlery brand “Arcos Hermanos”
