I used the drain opener in the toilet/urinal, but it is still clogged.
Our drain opener is not for use in toilets or urinals. If you have improperly used drain opener, flush a large amount of warm water (not hot) down the toilet/urinal to dissolve the solution.

Why is my water pipe leaking after using the drain opener?
First, inspect the clogged drainpipe. Note that this drain opener should not be used on PVC hosing, rubber hosing, or other types of soft, flexible water pipes.
If the pipe becomes deformed or damaged, it should be replaced first. Afterwards, try again to unclog it while avoiding any soft piping.

Where can the water pipe clog remover be used?
Do not use the drain opener in the toilet/urinal, PVC hosing, rubber hosing, or other flexible, soft water pipes. Note that flexible hosing is often used on kitchen sinks and bathtub drainpipes. If you are unsure of the water pipe material or if it is one of the aforementioned materials, we recommend using the drain opener gel. For toilets, we recommend using the toilet clog remover.

Will using more than the recommended amount of the drain opener improve its effectiveness?
We advise against using more than the recommended amount, as it will not increase the effectiveness and could actually worsen the clog. Please use the normal recommended amount, which is at most 1/4 of the bottle at a time.

I accidentally poured too much of the drain opener. It has clumped inside the pipe and water cannot pass. The more I use, the worse it gets. What should I do?
First, allow the water to clear out of the clogged water pipe, then pour warm water (50°C/122°F, warm water from the bathroom sink should do) down the water pipe once every hour for 5 hours. This should dissolve the clumps.
Once the clumps have been dissolved, use the recommended amount of drain opener and try again.

Will the drain opener emit smoke or a smell when in use?
Clogs typically reside closer to the top of a water pipe, therefore the appearance of smoke and/or smell might be more obvious. Don’t worry, this is just the product doing its job. If there is smoke or a smell present, leave the room. Note that smoke and/or smell will not be present every time the product is used.

I’m not sure what material my water piper is made from. What type of drain opener should I use?
We recommend that you use the drain opener gel.
